These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website and services, including pressure washing, soft washing, paver sealing, and related exterior cleaning solutions offered in Boca Raton, Florida.

2. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Pressure Washing
• Soft Wash Roof Cleaning
• Driveway & Sidewalk Cleaning
• Patio Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Paver Sealing
• Commercial Building Washing

All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable.

3. Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes provided are free estimates and subject to change based on on-site inspection.
• Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, accessibility, and service scope.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
  
  

4. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers will be notified promptly in case of changes.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property and contact information
• Ensure access to water supply and service areas
• Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage or concerns

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional charges. Clients must provide a functioning on-site water supply. If water access is unavailable, additional charges may apply or services may be rescheduled. The Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to lack of access or utilities.

6. Payments & Billing

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept approved payment methods as communicated during booking
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

Failure to remit payment may result in collection actions, and the client agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection or legal fees incurred.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been completed, but we strive to resolve any service concerns

Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality results. If you are not satisfied:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion
• We may offer a re-service or corrective solution at our discretion

Satisfaction concerns must be reported within 48 hours. We reserve the right to inspect and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include re-service but does not guarantee refunds.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your property:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose surfaces, or improperly installed materials
• Pressure washing may reveal hidden defects such as cracks, oxidation, or wear
• Certain surfaces may not withstand cleaning without risk

Client acknowledges that exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing and soft washing, carry inherent risks. By agreeing to services, the client accepts the risk of potential surface damage including, but not limited to, paint removal, oxidation exposure, water intrusion, or dislodging of loose materials.

The Company shall not be liable for damage resulting from conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to aged surfaces, improper installation, or lack of maintenance

Certain materials such as older roofs, painted surfaces, wood, or improperly sealed pavers may be more susceptible to damage during cleaning. The client acknowledges these risks and agrees that the Company is not responsible for such outcomes when standard industry practices are followed.

The Company does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, including but not limited to rust, oil, deep organic staining, or chemical discoloration.

10. Licensed & Insured Services

We operate as a licensed and insured company, providing protection for both our business and our clients during service operations.

11. SMS & Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information:

• You consent to receive calls, emails, and SMS messages related to your service
• Message and data rates may apply
• You may opt out at any time by contacting us

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse, copy, or distribute website content without permission
• Not to attempt to disrupt website functionality or security
